Anti-Spam Policy

HeyWhatsTheDeal, Inc. prohibits the advertising of our websites, products or services through unsolicited bulk email, and this prohibition applies to us, our employees, our contractors, and any third party acting on our behalf.
What We Do Not Permit
We do not permit:
- the purchase, rental or use of third-party email lists;
- the use of affiliates, resellers or agencies to send email advertising our services;
- sending to any address that has requested removal; or
- any message that conceals its sender, omits a functioning opt-out, or omits our physical postal address.
Our Own Outreach
We contact businesses directly at publicly listed business contact addresses. We do not contact private individuals. Every message identifies HeyWhatsTheDeal, Inc. as the sender, includes our postal address, and includes a one-click unsubscribe that is honored immediately and permanently. We send from infrastructure we operate ourselves and never through third-party senders.
Reporting
If you receive a message advertising HeyWhatsTheDeal that you believe violates this policy, contact spam@heywhats.com and we will investigate and act.
